SM04 - User List





SM04 shows the list of the users which are logged on to the instance in which you are currently logged in (That islocal instance). The total number of users and sessions are given at the bottom of the list.

There are 8 columns in it

1) Client - It displays the SAP client into which the user is Logged in

2) User Names - SAP user name

3) Terminal - Terminal at which the user is working

4) T-code - Last executed transaction code

5) Time - Time at which the user last initiated a dialog step by entering data

6) Sessions - Number of sessions the user has opened

7) Type - Type of connection (GUI or RFC)

8) Memory - Memory used by the user in Megabytes



Ending Sessions using SM04

1. Goto sm04
2. Double click on the user you want the session to close
3. Click 'end session' on the pop up screen
